On a recent trip to New Smyrna Beach to hang with the cousins and all the little babies in the family, we found that McKenna absolutely LOVES the beach. After a few fistfuls of sand, she started to notice the peculiar taste of the salt water. It even came to where she was licking her lips, her arms, our arms, anything that had the salt water taste. She's going to be a major salt addict like her mom, I'm afraid.
Anyways, we had a good trip to Florida, were not sucked up in any hurricanes, and didn't end up with too many mosquito bites (though we didn't go without, either). Thank you, Anici, for making the trip possible and helping us to connect with family that we don't get to see too often. We look forward to getting the photographer's pictures of everyone together.
